Short term happiness of Maldives,Nepal, Sri Lanka, Myanmar

If we want to buy a plane, first we prepare landing base for plane. If we not prepare base and buy plane,we know what results will come at the time of landing the plane. India is Progressive country but also India always support Maldives,Nepal, Sri Lanka, Myanmar to improve basic Structure . Now days these countries take a shortcut way to buy a plane and no doubt, they all will be success, but when situation will come to landing plane on landing base, how they landing plane without improving the landing base.
